Leadership & Experience
Before founding Proper Manufacturing, members of our team worked on custom product development and manufacturing programs supporting global consumer brands and large-scale promotional product initiatives.
Through prior roles and projects, our team has helped develop and deliver custom products connected to brands including Bacardi, Popeyes, KFC, Netflix, BDA, Pernod Ricard, and Jack in the Box.
This experience includes managing the full product lifecycle — from early product concepts and technical drawings through sampling, production, importing, and distribution.
Working with major brands and large promotional product programs provided firsthand experience with the challenges companies face when sourcing and producing custom products at scale.
